Yes. If you know ahead of time that you would like to stop at the store, please let us know at the time of booking. Stops that are not requested at the time of booking will be permitted if time allows.
Yes, all of our vehicles are 4WD. During the winter months, our vehicles are also equipped with snow tires.
Your driver will send you a text upon arrival with instructions on where to locate them. You will proceed down the first set of escalators to Level 1-Ground Transportation. We will pick you up between columns 4A and 5A.
Our drivers are always monitoring your flights using the information provided to us at time of booking. Our drivers will be waiting for you even if your flight is a little early or late.
Yes, our drivers can meet you inside the airport as you exit the security checkpoint. Our drivers will escort you to baggage claim and assist with your luggage. Please request our "Meet and Greet" service at time of booking. Meet and Greet services are an additional $30.
Rides canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fare. Rides canceled 24-48 hours before the reservation start time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Rides cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged. There are no refunds for no shows.
Yes, we require a credit card to guarantee the reservation but you may pay cash upon arrival. Just let your driver know.
